Process Optimisation and Layout Review
The client delivers the physical realisation of engaging, convenient and seamless retail environments. The company operates a number of warehouses in the UK and has a varied product range, from small spares to large checkouts. SCCG was engaged to review layout and processes at its Tankersley site with a view to increasing capacity.
The proposed layout changes provided a 20% increase in storage capacity alongside a 60% increase in working areas, facilitating greater throughput.
The client further engaged SCCG in 2022 to advise on its ongoing warehousing strategy, to work upon a warehouse design and implementation support project.
