An international company that develops and produces electric sports cars, drivetrains, and battery systems.
Investment into a new site in Europe, mainly focused on the manufacture of electric car batteries. SCCG was engaged to design the material flow for the factory, including planning component storage and transport to lineside. Together with the implementation support which involved:
- Specification and tender management for warehouse equipment e.g. storage equipment, fixed and mobile materials handling equipment, and mechanisation.
- The coordination of installations, transition planning with the engagement of stakeholders and supervision of testing equipment against specification., WMS gap analysis and Project Management.
