What do you feel are the biggest challenges facing the industry at the moment?

2017 has seen the introduction of many new Industry challenges, some of which include: tighter Supply Chain restrictions and inflated exportation costs, and consequently increased product prices for consumers, as a result of Brexit; the rise of the robots, and an increase in automation and RPA within warehouses and DCs replacing human labourers; and last but not least, the dramatic effect that Ecommerce and increased consumer demand has, and still continues to have, on last mile delivery logistics.
