The ShelterBox charity currently despatches 20,000 Shelter Boxes (aid packages) per year to disaster zones across the world. Since the charity’s conception 10 years ago, growth has been exponential and the site layout has been struggling to meet demand. As the profile of the charity increases, they plan to extend their help to reach 50,000 families per year, with 50,000 Shelter Boxes. With such ambitious plans, the ShelterBox team urgently needed to optimise their facility layouts.
